Project 106 (Donation Cost $11,630) in Dorjdasht Village (35 families) in Bartang Valley, Rushan District, GBAO Region, Install a new irrigation system which requires 200 meters of open ditch and 1800 meters of pipeline to irrigate new farm lands.

Pre-project Situation
The households of the village are currently lacking cultivable land. There is 4.5 Ha of land currently available in the village, where water is not available. For this reason, the land is left without use, and vegetables, which could be harvested from that land are purchased from the market.
Project Scope
To lay 75 mm-diameter polyethylene pipes in a trench with average depth of 00?? cms , provide cement and other miscellaneous items and outsource pipe fitting service.
Expected benefits
After the irrigation pipes will be installed, the 35 Households of the village will have access to more land and opportunity to grow more vegetables, which they can use for their own consumption or sell at the market.
