Pre-Project Situation
There is an existing demand for welding services in the village. Currently, a small welding business is running in the village, with an old equipment, which decreases the quality of the welding services. In addition to the old equipment only one person is involved in the business and he cannot meet all the demand in the village. The business owner requested for support on the improvement of the business. He is planning to hire two more people.
Project Scope
HfP will donate: metal welding machines, metal cutting tools, and a set of welding accessories to expand and improve the welding business.
The old equipment will be replaced and additional types of equipment will be purchased..
Expected Benefits
Ubb’s donation of equipment will enable them to improve the quality of the items produced, expand the workshop to meet the demand in the village, create 2 new jobs and increase their income.

The provided assistance has made the production of wooden items easier, quicker and made the small business we had to grow. It has had a positive influence not only in the life of my family members, but the new staff hired and the customers we are serving, also. For this reason we pass on our best wishes to the donors of the project Shiraz and Shahida, and we pray for the for blessings of the departed souls of their deceased family members and relatives Sherbanu, Hasham, Naseem, Aly and Rahemat.
